No network

Data roaming

I’m abroad in Spain, I was told that I could use my data just as you would in the UK is this not allowed? I was with 02 and I asked them specifically if I can use my allowance abroad he said yes then now it’s £2.29 a day??

Data or WiFi not working in germany

My son is currently in Germany. He has done the roaming checker while in uk prior to leaving. And we added a £10 limit on spend cap as advised by EE but unfortunately he is not able to use WiFi or his data? Please help
