Quick question my wife and daughter both have pay as you go phones with EE and have active packs and and have  not blocked each other, my daughter can call and text.But my wife can call but not text my daughter.She can text and call me . is there a technical issue here we have tried Google bit no success

Are you referring to normal SMS or WhatsApp/iMessage etc.

Have there been any account changes or a change of phone recently?

They both have a 5 pound pack now with texts and minutes, no new phones.
WhatsApp is fine emails are fine

Nothing happens text amount doesn't go down but she can still call the
