my mobile data is not working since i purchased EE sim card.. Calls and text mesages are working fine.. I have tried various methods but in vain... My device is vio s1.. Kindly suggest how can i sort this out
I have tried
Changing apn setting
Reseting mobile networks
Airplane mode
Restarting my device but still it doesnt work

Is it a PAYG SIM or you have purchased, or a pay-monthly contract? Can you text BALANCE or AL to 150 and report back the reply?
PAYG users need to have an active pack in order to use mobile data.
