Abroad

I’m in Gran Canaria and can’t get my phone to work as it should. Everything seems to be in order but it won’t work. For example the EE app won’t work yet I’m using a browser for this. Messenger apps won’t work.

Unconditional divert to UK number while roaming

Am I right to say that if I set an unconditional divert to another UK mobile number and then use that number while roaming, I won't incur EE roaming charges when answering calls? Thanks.
