Roaming packing - Unable to make or receive calls

Hello,

I am currently in canada and today bought the Roaming abroad add on. 

My data is working and texts, bit I am unable to make or receive calls. When I try it tells me "outgoing calling is currently disabled on your phone?" I really need to resolve this ASAP because I am working remotely in the bush and need to be able to call/receive calls in case of an emergency.

If mobile data & texts are working, you must have a connection to a Canadian network, thus roaming is enabled.

Try connecting to an alternative local network, and/or toggle flight mode.
