Roaming setup but not working in Australia

We setup roaming for Australia via EE CS before leaving UK on my wife’s mobile as she is account holder. Now in Australia and roaming does not  work - it was wrongly setup by CS and after call on my phone to CS yesterday were told it should now work....

Can get data sometimes but not make calls in canada

Hello! I can’t make outgoing calls, I had this problem for 2 months. My package is with unlimited minutes. I tried to restart my phone as well, but nothing changed problem is still here!
