I have a block phone no smart phone I have received an mms, it isn't telling me who of and I can't see it, can you help me please

Resolved! No Roaming in Alaska

Roaming all worked fine in Canada and my UK phone has USA/ Canada etc Roaming- no connection in Juneau Alaska and no networks visible in Auto or Manual search

Content lock

I have tried calling 1818 but it said that my credit card (not debit) is not usable for proving I’m over 18 and I also went to the EE store asking to remove content lock and it still hasn’t worked after 24+ hours
