Mexico

Can someone at Ee help we are in Mexico and have no services at all so can’t contact Ee through the normal Chanel’s.

I have had this problem since Monday 13th October. I am in touch with EE who don't seem to be able to solve it. Apparently someone will call me on my husband's phone next Sunday.  Not very convenient EE

No signal

My phone is only working on Wi-Fi  ive been abroad and was using a airlo Esim and have now deleted that but now I’ve lost all signal from my phone ?

Is this genuine

X3 calls in succession from +44 131 381 3151, claiming to be EE. They were calling to offer me 30% off my contract price next month. This is unprompted as I’ve had no contact with EE. Thanks
