Hi,
I have recently joined EE and have ported my number over. I have got an SMS from EE on Thursday evening (26/10) that the port was completed.
I have switched my phone off and on again and indeed my number was pored over. I can also send SMS messages to my family and receive/make calls.
However I am no longer receiving verification codes over SMS. I cannot receive from my bank and also some of my apps, e.g Blink.
Please can someone help?

Can you receive SMS other than from automated senders? Or are you flatly unable to receive SMS? Do you receive an SMS you send to your own number?
You would be best to report your issue to EE CS on 150.
