Booking sheet/delivery label not loading

Hi, 

I have booked a repair via DPD courier who will collect my broken phone

The link I was provided with to print the booking sheet/print label gives an error and I have tried several browsers and devices

How can I print this off please? I'm anxious the courier won't accept the package then I'm stuck!!

Hi, still not working, it says http 404 error, nothing works at all I've tried on different devices and browsers I think the link I was given is just broken! Could I be emailed a pdf of it instead or something?

I would recommend getting in touch with mobile care so they can look into this further for you.
