Hi Has anyone had issues with a mobile banking app having been used for some time suddenly stops loading from your link?? Called in EE local to me, they fiddled around, then reinstalled the app and it worked, but, as soon as I left, I tried again in minutes, nothing, goes in then just dissapears?? Anyone help me on this...........

Do you have the same problem if you're using using both WIFI and Mobile data?

Have you had a chance to check this on different connection types like @Ali_A has mentioned above?
This should be a good indication on whether it's linked with your EE connection or the device / software.
It's also worth checking to make sure both the phone itself and the app are fully up to date, too.
