Unable to receive text messages

For some reason I am unable to receive text messages, I think it's an issue from EE side. Can anyone suggest what I cam do

Can you receive calls? 

Is this happening for all texts or certain numbers/contacts?

Does your phone show network service? Are you in the UK or abroad? Can you make & receive calls?
