Unable to make and receive calls or texts in US added roaming pass

How do you speak with EE in the United States from a monthly phone, added the roaming pass, still unable to make calls and receive calls and texts.  Need to call EE and can't says couldn't connect. Can ypu please advise how I can speak wirh EE to solve this issue

Have you been able to try manually connecting to another network as suggested above? 
If you're not too sure how to do this, all the steps can be found here 👉 EE Roaming - Help when abroad with your EE phone or device 

If your calls and texts still aren't working after trying this, please contact us from an alternative device so the team can check your account to see what's happening.

By virtue of having bought an add-on, would it be correct to presume that your phone has connected to a US network and received the welcome text message?

You mention "unable to... receive .... texts" but this is normally how the passes are purchased.

Have you tried manually swapping between local networks, and are the symptoms identical across each one?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Hi, I can't text so I'm unable to do what you suggested , it's not letting me do anything.

I've even tried the relay app it's not allowing me to register as won't connect to the call

I've clicked on the link, several times ro purchase which takes me to the app, and says I've got 5 days left of roaming, but I'm still not being able to make or receive calls or text.
