Caller ID

Hi - fairly new to EE. People have noticed that when I text from my phone a completely different phone number is displayed as my number. How is this resolved?

I was on a sim only plan on ee and got an early upgrade to a phone and new plan . How can I get my other phone which I could of sworn I bought unlocked from ee

Call waiting

Hi, I did switched on the call waiting on my phone but still not working. Is from the sim as with different sim the call waiting is working. 

Resolved! Voicemail

For some reason I no longer have a visual voicemail so I don't  know who's called and I can't cancel any of the after hearing the message- anyone else have the same problem
