Hi @TheCheds87

Thanks for coming to the community.

Has the device been dropped or anything recently?

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if the same happens?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

I do not have the access to another phone to try this step and I haven't
dropped it either.. It has gone down last night and this morning I have sen
conditions I have no way of contacting anyone I have important calls to
make and I'm seeing a lot of reports of others with same issue it's
ridiculous I pay for a service that I can't even use

Hi @TheCheds87

Thanks for the quick reply.

Have you tried removing and reinserting the SIM card?

Does an error message show on the phone screen or no signal is showing to make calls?

Leanne.

back still can't call or text I am concerned as i can't even receive calls

Thanks @TheCheds87

If you select 'check status' on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal do we have any reported problems for the area?

If not, you can report this and our network team will get this looked into for you.

Leanne

Yeah I've checked this and it says there's no issues but I can't still call please if you could raise this issue to help me I would greatly appreciate it I need my phone as its the only way of getting in touch with people.

Hi @TheCheds87

I am very sorry we have no account access on the community.

This could be an issue with the signal in the area which can be reported using the coverage checker or a SIM problem that could be tested in another working phone.

To get this looked into in more detail, please contact our tech guides from any other phone or third party calling app such as Skype.

Full contact details can be found on our Contact EE page.

Leanne.

If you're near an EE shop, they would also be able to assist with a 2way SIM-swap - to identify if this is a phone fault or a SIM/account issue.
