Connection

Hello!I am abroad at the moment and I have lots my connection for more than 5 hours today. I can't make a phone calls. I have no data . At the moment I have WiFi which I use.Otherwise I can't use my phone.Please help me with this problem.Thank you

Hi did you ever get this rectified? I had exactly the same issue, couldn't connect to data at all, then lost calls and texts. Spent hours on to customer services (both phone and hotel WiFi) and been hit with a huge bill which I will be challenging as...

Thailand

HiI’m currently in Thailand. I’ve just added roaming to receive text from UK but I’m unable up send or receive any UK text. My UK sim is currently in my sim.  How do I receive texts?

Hi Christopher, I’m currently travelling east Asia and have lost my SIM card connected to my EE sim only contract. I can’t seem to call your services to cancel the sim. What’s the best way I can go about this please

Hello!Currently in Canada, and my sim doesn't work.I didn't add the roaming before I left.Trying to use the WiFi and still doesn't work.Inhale tried to also text 150 nothing.It urgent how can I get an add roaming pass? 

Roaming not working in Australia

Hi I've never had a problem roaming when abroad before. I went to Greece in August and it worked fine. I've just arrived in Australia and it's not conecting to a network?
