I purchased the £25 Roam Abroad pass, however forgot to turn on Roaming before leaving the UK.
Texts to 150 to turn it on don't work, when I try to do it through my account on my computer it just tells me to text 150 (no option to do it online) and suddenly there is no live chat feature in the app - only option they give me is to call which I can't do with no reception...
What can I do? Thanks!

You could try using EE webchat or social media teams who I understand have account access. As I mentioned, travelling abroad without enabling roaming prevents your phone accessing foreign networks, which causes a catch-22 situation.
Skype is freely available from app stores which you should be able to access over a WiFi-connection. That same WiFi connection can then be used to make the web-based-call, or to access social media.

Roaming is what enables access to foreign networks, by travelling abroad without it you cause a no-coverage scenario - your symptoms are of no surprise in this catch-22 situation.
Your resolution is to contact CS via another means. You can contact +44 7953 966150 from any working phone, or use a web-calling app such as Skype (over WiFi) to call +44 800 0798586

Thanks, but as mentioned I don't have access to another phone/web-calling app to make calls to UK numbers. I need a solution that does not include calling.

@soniaabdi , you can download Skype for free and use it for free by using the free number given to you by @bristolian . There is no other way.
