EE not working in US even with roaming bundle

Been in the US since yesterday everything g worked ok for the first 24 hrs then it sudden stopped working can’t make calls send text or use data spoke to agent who said everything looks set up on and no issues.

No voicemail

Hi for about 5 months the now I've had no voicemail !! It was working absolutely fine before . Setting are all normal and I've recorded message but it doesn't give option when people ring !!! Help!!
