Help!!I'm in Poland and cannot use my texts phone or data. I forgot to text ROAMING before I left. Now I can't call or text to get it set up. What can I do ?

I'm away on holiday in dubai and my line was working fine, then today it said my line was suspended (even though everything up to date) Any ideas why I carn't make calls now even though I have a roaming package?

Wifi calling is not working in Cumbria

 I am unable to receive WIFI calling at home or at work, this has previously worked but in the past 2weeks it has stopped working. Can you please advise?
