Checking my allowance

Is anyone else having trouble checking there allowance? I have tried through 150 and my ee online account but neither are allowing me to see anything. I have to keep a close eye on how much data I use and i really have no clue. Thanks everyone 

Resolved! Lost Sim

I recently lost my sim and am heading back to the UK today so would like to continue using the service I am still paying for. Do I need to contact EE or can I go to the shop and get a new sim with the same number same day?

Can’t make calls despite being on unlimited call contract.

Holiday to Japan with iPhone
