what are you talking about? i came to turkey to travel, i can't buy any package, when i opened roaming i could open the add-on.ee.co.uk site to load the balance, but now i can't use my roaming internet because i can't open that place

I’m being charged for picture messages + I don’t know why. I’ve always copied + pasted messages, I’ve always sent pictures. I have inclusive minutes, calls + data so it’s nothing to do with them ……baffled 

Can't connect on international roaming

I'm in NZ with a UK Samsung A40. Bought a Roam Further Pass but phone not finding or connecting to any NZ mobile networks. I have roaming and mobile data turned on. Is this likely to be an EE issue, a Samsung issue or something else? Any ideas apprec...

Re: cant receive sms or calls while abroad

I have the same problem, it is ridiculous. I receive UK text messages, have roaming enabled but don't receive text messages sent to me by local business for verification (which would for example allow me to use the local taxi app).
