I have the same problem. We will be going abroad tomorrow, trying to set up roaming in the EU for two phones. EE web site was working but then it stopped with just "BLOCKED" which wasn't helpful as has been commented above. I tried different browsers...

Having same problem, brand new 5 never used fully charges and can call but can’t get on I cloud to make an account or face book just keeps saying not available with this phone 路‍also got on Wi-Fi and updated phone

Connection

Hello!I am abroad at the moment and I have lots my connection for more than 5 hours today. I can't make a phone calls. I have no data . At the moment I have WiFi which I use.Otherwise I can't use my phone.Please help me with this problem.Thank you

Hi did you ever get this rectified? I had exactly the same issue, couldn't connect to data at all, then lost calls and texts. Spent hours on to customer services (both phone and hotel WiFi) and been hit with a huge bill which I will be challenging as...

Thailand

HiI’m currently in Thailand. I’ve just added roaming to receive text from UK but I’m unable up send or receive any UK text. My UK sim is currently in my sim.  How do I receive texts?

Hi Christopher, I’m currently travelling east Asia and have lost my SIM card connected to my EE sim only contract. I can’t seem to call your services to cancel the sim. What’s the best way I can go about this please
