Wish to download a saved voicemail

HelloI would like to download a voicemail left to me. Don’t see anywhere I could download it, is there a way please? Currently it is saved but I understand EE deletes it after 7 days.ThanksDurga

Phone goes to voicemail

whenever I make a call or receive a call it just goes to voicemail. I can text and get a call through whats app but not normal calls. can anyone help
