No signal in Hungary

Hi,  im currently in Budapest and I have no signal I think roaming is activated on my account. I cannot phone out to EE. Can anyone help?

Im currently away in American my Phone can only pick up 2G when 4G is available. I have tried all the setting options. nothing seems to be working. any suggestions?
