no network service since 18.00 on Saturday 10 August

Hi I’ve had no network service since 18.00 on Saturday 10 August and it’s still not working 48 hours later, EE know there’s a problem and said it’s taking longer to fix…. I’m in the Stoke on Trent area but do we get compensation for all this downtime...
