The service has been down in L40 8HQ since 1 of November they said that they where warking on it. but today 5th they said they are whating to gain access to start to fix it why tell me that they where warking on it for 5 days. Also they can't gain access till the 12th then try and fix it that means it will be 12 days at least with out eny service at all with no apology .and when you get through to support thay say basically tuff.
