For 14 months ive had a constant battle with ee. I moves home and was told the signal was good coverage to only find out i had no signal in my house at all. I work down the road and i am unable to get signal. I am at home most weeks on my own as my partner works away monday to friday. Trying to call family members and my partner has been a nightmare. EE has turned round and said to use my wifi. Now i get that but why should i pay for a service for data and expect to use my wifi. I was offered 20% off but it's not good enough living lile this. My wifi was down for 2 days last week and i was again isolated and unable to contact anyone. I just want them to cancel my contract with no termination fee. Im sick of paying over the odds for a service they cannot provide. Having to get told to use my wifi. Anyone else experiencing the same issues. Its really effecting me. Absolute shocking service.

Why should you have to use someone elses wifi you pay for. Ive had a constant battle for 14 months no signal unable to reach family members and live alone through the week. I get told to use my sky wifi i pay for. Im left paying for data i dont use and still paying for my broadband. Ive been with ee years.

Was the poor coverage evident when you first viewed your new home? No network will guarantee 100% national indoor coverage.
WiFi-calling is made available as a free service to allow full use of your phone anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason. Have you tried using the facility?
