Poor phone signal

Same on my Samsung s23 ultra. Signal is crap wherever I go. Barely any network no internet connection. This will be the last contract I have with them. Almost £40 a month for **bleep** service on SIM only deal.

No network connection on my device

My EE network disconnected yesterday and it’s still showing no service but other network works perfectly when you change the sim, I don’t have access to any mobile to call the customer service team either

No signal

Please could you let me know if a problem has been logged in PL20 - we’ve had no signal all day, and when will it be resolved?  I’ve tried the checker but that is down too. Texting network status doesn’t help as no signal. Thanks
