Hello,
I've checked for network issues in my area, BA12 9DB, and it says there is a problem.
The reason for this post is that has said this for about a month. It's really difficult to make a call as the signal is terrible and then hangs up.
Can I please get a reply when this will be fixed?
Kind regards
James

All network faults are rectified as soon as possible, but anything that drags out beyond a couple of days will often mean there's a dependency involved that's not in EE's direct control. Access issues, spare parts, specialist climbing teams - these are but 3 examples which may or may not be the reason in your specific case.
I'd recommend using the "keep me updated" option on the status checker, and also - if you're not already - use WiFi-calling for indoor coverage.

Hi @JSHARROCK
Can you connect to EE WiFi calling service.
Depending on the issue it could be some time for example if a new site is needed.
Thanks

Hi,
Yes I can.
I went into my settings and it wasn't there, however I went into my call settings and it was there.
Had a 30 minute call today and it was perfect, thank you all.
Kind regards
James
