4th day no mobile phone signal/emergency calls only at home, sort problem out

Why is it impossible to get the help system to report a network issue?

Have had a terrible signal at Strensham Worcestershire for some time now... what is going on.

I 100% agree....I travel the country and have seen a declined in the signal coverage....5g is just a total rip off and even slower than 4g.... I will be moving to 02 after over 25 yrs with ee
