I have no network bars showing on my phone, 150 number not sending texts through

Hi everyone,

so this is the first time I have had network issues since joining EE. Since yesterday my network bars are showing as none or 1. I do seem to be getting a 4g signal as I have that symbol but my data is very very slow.

it is no better today so I have called 150 and it’s the new verification of they send you a text. I get as far as I’m having network issues, it says close this window we will send you a text it’s the network diagnostics… but nothing comes through. Any emails or texts from EE come through instantly.

So I am trying to get support but can’t get any further. Any help or advice is much appreciated!

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

The correct link for the status checker is https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee , and choose the "check status" option.

Your symptoms are consistent with a temporary local outage.

When I try the coverage checker it doesn’t show any problems. Then when I hit report it says I don’t have any products with EE. I have obviously registered wrong at one point.

I can make and receive calls but it is very poor and the other people can barely hear me/keeps cutting out.

Not sure what to do. The service you receive from calling 150 is pretty poor when the texts don’t follow through.
