No EE Signal in North Wales

Does anyone have an idea when signal will resume in North Wales? I work remotely and I’m having to use hotspot myself from my work phone currently. We use EE for our 4G wifi as well so I don’t have any internet. EE hasn’t given any other information other than it can’t be fixed for another 16 hours? Poor communication from EE’s behalf if you ask me.

I have already done this and it says it’s not available at this time. We
received a message from our router at 9am that said the issue would be
resolved within 16 hours…

You're viewing the checker via the mobile app I suspect. Try the link in my second post, also on a laptop/PC if issues persist.
