For approx past 48 hours I’ve have no data whilst my phone is on 5G.
It’s an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Worked fine on 5G up until this week.
I’ve tried a hard reset. Powering off completely for 5 mins. Resetting network settings. Still no joy.
Only way I can get data is via; Settings > EE Sim > Voice & Data > and making sure “4G” is selected instead of “5G Auto”. Forcing my phone back to 4G only.
Is there an easy way to fix this/is this a known issue? Or should I call EE support later?

Can you still make & receive calls, send or receive text messages when this happens?
My next step would be to report your symptoms using the "check status", "report a problem" links on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Sorry for the slow reply.
Calls, SMS texts worked ok. Just seemed to be data. Packets just going into the ether with no response.
Weirdly, I’ve been away overnight for work, come home today and it’s working like a charm again. Responsive, fast, etc.
So who knows 😅 Thanks for the tip about the coverage checker though!
