Resolved! No signal for my 75 year old dad.

So, today my dad had to send me a message on facebook messenger.He used to be on BT then O2 and now forced to go onto EE.Today his phone would not let him make or receive calls - i ended up going round and managed to get a  signal after going outside...

No wi fi

Anyone else on here on the Kilfinnan mast in Scotland. No service for a week. EE have no information as to when it will be fixed, if indeed it is broken.

My husband and I have been having exactly the same problems for some weeks now. We turned the 5g off and still have the problem too. We’ve been in different geographic locations over the past month and it’s been the same wherever we’ve been.
