Same exact issue here....
I NEED signal because i am an *at risk adult* who NEEDS to call 999 and my support workers at the drop of a hat (not saying anything triggering, but i hope you understand... it begins with S) and various mental health and depression issues...
Issue with EE at MY location... *Yes sir, you are using the Samsung A13... 4g has NO coverage at your address because the mast is CORRODED... we cannot fix or change the mast because the land owner doesn't want us to, so we are in the process of buying them out so we can put up another....* How on earth does that help me???? It will take a year or more! *we know and understand your severe issue sir... thats why we are going to upgrade you one month early... as in today.... We can upgrade you to the 5G enabled S24 Ultimate which only came out at the start of this year... we will also give you gigafast fibre at a discount.... and we will discount your entire NEW contract for the 24 months..... Oh, you failed the credit check??? well, because you have been so loyal to us, we ask only for £50 one off for the phone and £20 oe off for the broadband, before we can go ahead... any other provider wont let you have a contract due to your credit rating... we PROMISE the S24 will connect for you without any issue at all... and because you now have internet with us (installed on the 9th july - so to come) we will GIVE you a free unlimited data boost...* ok great! sign me up!
so, my S24 arrived today.... kept the old sim because i was told to.... have not been able to make calls to 999 or my support workers (this situation made me VERY triggered) .... had to RENT the *airwaves* ee share with BT (not a device... the air waves) for a month *£39.99* ,,, the refunded against my contract which is WHY i could upgrade early (so they lied about that) ....
I can barely even use the *rented* wifi.... keeps cutting out ever 10 minutes... and i PAID £39.99 (even though it was refunded???) i EXPECT CONSTANT connection if i paid ANYTHING at all.... explained adn complaied to ee no less than 6 times today..... The response from EVERY tech support i had spoken to = *yes the mast is corroded... no, we cant do anything about it... we know how important it is and urgent it is for you, you are in the 14 day cooling off period, we can cancel you if you like?* no, you told me no other provider will accept me, i need you... So what do i do? Forget my triggers and mental depression... what if i am having a heart attack or stroke? I cant even call 999!!! *you should be able to sir, you don't even need a sim card to call 999.... we cant help you in this situation sir....* of course i hung up every time... and yes, i tested the *no sim* thing... instant connection to 999 (had to assure them it was a test call due to mentions above) ... i put my sim back in... cant even connect to 999
So... BAD/NO wifi even though i TECHNICALLY paid for it...
CANNOT call the emergency services in an EMERGENCY, unless i remember to take the sim out, if im not having a full blown heart attack/stroke.. .sure ok... if i don't **** out the window which is wide enough to **** myself out of on the 3rd floor.....
and yet... EE cant do a thing about any of it???? BEST NETWORK RUNNING FOR OVER 10 YEARS???? WHO did you have to pay EE?????

All networks are subject to local outages from time-to-time, I would always recommend having alternative means of contact if 24/7/365 connectivity is vital to you.
There are numerous options for maintaining communications with 100% uptime, but no single operator will guarantee this - despite best efforts.

so you remove my post because i am having the same issues... i told you i was autistic... had mental health issues.. .and have (very triggering issues) ....
thanks for making me worse by removing it.... the note i am about to write is going to cite EE as the issue and trigger ... have a nice life, and be proud you have made me another statistic
