Data issues

The last week I have been having issues with data both 4G and 5G even when I have full signal. I have unlimited data as well. The data either works not at all or is very very slow. Network checker says no issues either.  I have another phone with EE and this seems to be fine. Could it be an issue with the phone? I have an iPhone 15 pro max and I’ve tried restarting and resetting all network settings. I have an ESIM also if that makes any difference

This is where an eSIM is a major disadvantage. If you had a physical SIM I would suggest a 2way SIM-swap - putting the working SIM in the non-working phone, and the non-working SIM in the working phone... to see where the problem follows,

With the eSIM being embedded in the phone, then you cannot differentiate between a SIM issue & phone fault.

Having said that, I find it unlikely that a SIM issue would cause slow data - it would cause the complete loss of a function, not a degradation in it.
