Did this get resolved?
I haven't been able to use my phone for a week now as it has no signal or service. I went into you store and they said it was just in my area but I have just spent the weekend in Cardiff and still have no signal. I need this resolved as I have no means of being contacted in relation to work and other things.

Yours sounds more like a phone issue than network one.
When did you last restart your phone? Or at the very least, toggle flight mode.

I've restarted, rebooted, put in airplane mode, checked for networks. I thought it was an issue with my phone so have had a new handset since Friday and that still hasn't solved the issue so it is definitely an issue with EE.

What was the result of your "check for networks"? Did EE show on a manual network search, and if so, what happened when you manually selected it?
The suggestion that this is a network issue is to conclude that EE has had a complete outage in Cardiff for 2 days. That would generate significant volumes of complaints, posts to this forum and potentially press attention - none of those have happened.

@JadeT24 Since you have tried a new phone and the same thing seems to be happening, could it be that your SIM card has developed a fault? You can then request a replacement SIM card and if you are near a high street EE store, with photo ID, you can get a replacement SIM card, or order a replacement SIM card.

I have also had a new SIM card and still no luck, I've put in another network SIM (o2) and this has worked fine, but still 'emergency calls only'.
When I speak to the bot they keep asking me to call that number but I can't call as it tells me the I am 'not registered to a network.'
Not sure what to do to rectify this.

Yeah I tried to check for networks but it just tells me that it's not available or to try again later.
So there is a complete outage of Cardiff and Bristol?

That's not an error I would expect from a network search. You could get "no networks found" (or similar wording), at which point the phone should revert to the previous menu. Or you'd get a list of available networks.
Perhaps visit an EE retail store and demonstrate this error to them. The same retail shop should be able to perform a 2way SIM-swap with another EE SIM. That would prove whether the issue is with your SIM/account, or your phone.
