Loss of service

So with today's loss of signal that makes about 5 days in the past month that i have been without service mostly for a day at a time the longest being 2 days and it varies between each loss. Now the do have the good manners to message me and tell me they are doing repair work but surely if they fixed the problem properly on the first event they would not have to keep ' bodging ' it up. When am i going to get some recompense for the loss of signal - never would be my guess- absolutely farcical if you ask me

Single site outages can either be for unplanned faults, or planned works.

No network routinely offers financial compensation for losses of coverage - they are covered for in all T&Cs, a 24/7/365 uninterrupted service is never guaranteed.
