Incoming calls

I am unable to receive calls from all networks including EE - what is going on? Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable  to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on

Me too. Just rebooted my phone on Saturday and just found out the same thing is happening to me today.

Exactly same has happened to me today! Coverage is fine. I have restarted my phone and nothing is working.

I can call some people, but they can't get through when they call back. All works well when i call them on WatsApp, weird.

when i call out i get a engaged tone but i can send messages

any ideas as turned off and back on

I can still send text msg and use WhatsApp but can’t make or receive calls

I haven’t been able to make calls since this afternoon the only network I can get through to is 02.

iv tried to get through to EE on the app but there not accepting calls! I hope I get compensated for this?

I get an engaged tone when calling out !

when i call out i get a engaged tone but i can send messages

any ideas as turned off and back on

Exactly the same is happening to me ! My iMessages and FaceTime WhatsApp etc all work it’s the actually mobile network that can’t be working but I don’t get how I can call some people normally
