Incoming calls

I am unable to receive calls from all networks including EE - what is going on? Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable  to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on

Hello there

im new on EE. I ported my old sim and it just started working today but incoming calls ain’t coming in and not all outgoing are going through as well

Hi iv got the same problem.. ive got unlimited minutes but cant make any calls from today. Can send texts and recieve calls though

It's not just mobile, it's also home fiber that is having issues.

I have just been cut-off 5 times in the last 10 mins, and now only just got back on.

Mobile internet is sketchy at best, also going offline, then online.

Garbage company.

I’m unable to make or receive calls, I’ve went through all the necessary steps to rectify the problem, still not working. 

Aeroplane mode is off, do not disturb is off, I’ve not blocked any numbers, I’ve reset network settings, also done a hard reboot of my iPhone.

I am however able to make and receive calls to my partner, who is also on EE.

 

In your first sentence you state you are "unable to make or receive calls", yet later on "I am however able to make and receive calls". This seems contradictory.

Can you explain the issues you are having? Use as much detail as necessary - it may also be useful to explain what the "necessary steps" are that you've taken, this would save others making the same suggestions again.

Sorry, I’m able to make and receive calls from one number in my contacts, who is also on the EE network.

Outwith with this I’m not receiving, nor being able to make calls to anyone else in my contacts, as it cuts off as soon as press dial and likewise when someone is calling me.

I’ve made sure that aeroplane mode is off, I’ve made sure that do not disturb is turned off, I’ve made sure that there is no numbers blocked, I’ve also reset network settings, I’ve also done a hard reboot of my phone and the problem isn’t fixed.

My iPhone has completely randomly stopped being able to make and receive phone calls. I can via wattsapp but just on the network it try’s to but stops instantly. Have reset settings and turned all off but nothing has worked has anyone got any advice? Thanks 


 

This has also happened to my  iPhone today. I can phone some people but not others and can’t seem to receive calls from anyone, doesn’t even register that I have a missed call.
