I recently left EE but I am still receiving MyPlace Updates. How can I stop this now that it will not let me text STOP to the EE number?
Thanks!

How do I do this please?
I have zero access to anything on the app, I didn’t even receive my final bill as promised

How do I stop unecessary Myplace updates which I NEVER requested? All it says is text STOP to 44 which I don't know how to do. Phoning 150 is useless as I can NEVER speak to a person?

Welcome to the community.
If you call 150 and follow the options for mobile technical support, you should get to speak to someone. They'll be able to remove the alerts for you.

Hi tried customer support got passed between 4 different people for the last person to say that the texts should stop when my contracts actually finished. Of course it hasn't

Sorry to hear that, @John454. There should be an option to remove the information from our coverage tool internally. Have you tried speaking with our live chat team?
