I am unable to receive calls from all networks including EE - what is going on? Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on

I have had no incoming calls to my EE mobile since lunch time. Outgoings are ok but incoming call do not ring and just drop. Any idea what is going on.

The same has happened to me today at about lunch time. I had a new software update this morning , do you think it could be that. I have checked all other possible reasons without success

Getting the same issues here. Able to phone certain contacts, but not my Dad who's Vodafone or my mum who's Virgin which is run by O2. Can someone confirm what the issue is and when it'll be fixed?

Same for me I can phone out but no calls in. Did your Nan have auto software update today. I did and its not worked since then

Same issue here. I can call out to 150 but nothing else. Been like this since the afternoon. Incoming calls and data all work fine.

Me either I can call to EE numbers, but not to Vodaphone network numbers since midday. EE obviously have some network issues going on. It's very annoying!

I can’t make or receive calls currently, it goes to ring but just starts beeping and cuts off, what can I do?
