I am unable to receive calls from all networks including EE - what is going on? Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on

I can't make/receive calls to my parents, who are on Vodafone. But I can call my m8 whos on a different network (Cant remember which). Dialling 150 also works.
Either way I dont think you are alone, more fantastic **** ups from EE, not giving us the service we are paying for.

We're aware that some of our mobile customers are having call issues with Vodafone numbers. We're working quickly to resolve this and we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Calls to other networks, mobile data and text messages are not affected.

Same issue. Some calls will go out, some wont. Very fustrating.

I am also affected by this.
worth putting the specific Vodafone issue on the service page rather than a very generic one

I am unable to call anyone… it just disappears, even if they are not on a vodaphone number. Can anyone help
