Can't Make or Receive Calls

I'm in Norway and have roaming enabled with unlimited data and UK calls. Data services - email, internet - work well but I can't make or receive calls. What do I need to do to make phone calls?

@ThistleDubh Ah I see, if it has not been specific to one country but everywhere you go, that is indicating something account side as the cause of the issue.

If possible I would suggest giving us a call from another phone on the number in the previous post as one of our guides will be able to check your account for any issues.

I hope you are having a great time in Norway. 

I'm gutted to hear you are experiencing issues making or receiving calls. 

If you have access to your EE account would you be able to check if you have a spend cap activated? If so this will need to be increased.

 I've tried all that and still can't make or receive calls.

@ThistleDubh Just to confirm from that page you have switched to other available roaming networks and the issue happened on those networks as well?

Do you get a recorded message or what happens when you do try to call? Does it effect our number for calling from abroad +44 (0)7953 966 150?

I've not been able to make calls in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden or Norway but data has been fine in each country.

No recorded message. Just 15 seconds or so of silence while, I presume, some attempt is being made to place the call, then a single brief tone.
