Incoming calls

I am unable to receive calls from all networks including EE - what is going on? Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable  to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on

Same here about 6pm calling out just gave three beeps and then disconnected.

The BBC are reporting an outage. I also can’t call out

It’s not just Vodafone, several of us can’t call other EE numbers

Exact same issue. Both me and my mum are on EE. Can call each other but any calls to other networks cuts off with an engaged tone. Are receiving calls from anyone but can't make any calls outside of EE.

I'm on iPhone, mum is on Android. Having same issues.

Just got a message off my mum saying my Nans cardiac nurse has being trying to contact me today and that noone can get through to me. My husband who is also on EE can but no other network is able to! Does anyone know what the issue is, currently on hold to EE (been on hold quite a while)

Like others. I cannot make outbound calls neither can I receive incoming calls.  I have tried to get in contact with ee but no answer.  If its the biggest network provider then they need to stop being tight and employ more staff to receive calls.
