EU roaming no frills unlimited plan

Recently moved from BT ( with roam like home) to EE no frills unlimited data. Told that EU roaming included but it offers me  to buy a pass for £15 per week.  However under ‘Standard pay monthly roaming costs’ it states that calls data and texts within EU are included.  Can someone advise re this apparent contradiction?

The No Frills plan does not include EU Roaming. Only the Essentials Plus, All Rounder & Full Works do.

Where do you see this ‘Standard pay monthly roaming costs’? URL please.

Thanks for the screenshots @aledbury

The first screenshot, which gives the correct costs that will be incurred without a roaming pass. This is the correct information, and if you will be away for a while in Greece it'd recommended to take a Roaming pass.

The second screenshot showing what is included in our plan doesn't match what should show for a No-Frills plan, so I can see the confusion you'll be facing.

I'd like to get this looked into so I'll send you private message. Please check your inbox and get back to me when you can.

Thanks
