Abroad with no service

I am in Spain. My phone service worked OK but this morning mine and my wife’s phone has no service. We have roaming data and text but no voice. We have unlimited roaming and no spend cap. I cannot contact EE because their BOT tells me to call a phone line which I cannot do. Can anyone in EE correct this?

Could you try restarting the devices to see if you can connect to a network after doing this?
