Getting in touch with ee by phone.

You have to be very lucky if you want to speak to the ee staff in the shop as most of the time they don't answer the phone due to being busy. I find that if you want to speak to someone when you dial the 150 then ring around 08:00am to 10:00am as they don't seem too busy then. But if you notice that ee is always asking how they are doing I think they are possessed with this question as every time you speak with them up pops the question so how are we doing? I wonder if 02 or Vodafone or 3 keeps asking every time someone rings them so how we doing. All ee is bothered about is being the top phone company and winning every year because they don't look after us customers we get fobbed off every time we want some help. I on the other hand at last as hopefully got the help I need in sorting out my very poor phone signal by receiving a phone call over the weekend from ee let's hope it's not pouring with rain as I have to sit in the garden to receive my phone calls or even try to make them as the signal in the garden is atrocious. I was in the garden at 18:00 and the signal on my phone was just a very wee bar it should be a full signal outside. I think it's this Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G phone as my neighbour 3 doors up from me as got the Samsung Galaxy S22 and she gets a full signal with her phone. Sorry for the rant but I am just utterly and totally **bleep** with it all

Hi @Kh171

Thanks for coming back to us.

I'm sorry to hear this.

Please let us know how you get on after the call @James_B has arranged for you.

Leanne.

Hi XraySpeX.

I have just seen your message but I don't understand it who as asked me for feedback I know of only 2 who as asked me and that's Leanne and James B. Most of the time I am in the Twilight Zone due to my medication so it takes me a while to try and register what has been said I do figure it out eventually but then again it just flies over my head. I am a zombie in my Twilight Zone but I need to be spaced out today as I am visiting the barbers to get my long hair chopped off this will be the first time I have sat in a barbers chair for a very very long time.

Good luck with the barbers today @Kh171

Let us know how you get on after the call 🙂

Leanne.

Hello Leanne_T..

James B is going to ring me over the weekend about why I have got no phone signal in my flat. I spoke to my neighbour downstairs from me and she and the rest of my neighbour's in my block have all got full signals so why haven't I got a full signal. My answer to that is it's this crap Samsung galaxy A52s that's the problem it's been nothing but useless since I got it on contract. All my other mobile phones had got full signals I should have stuck with the new Sony Z series. I think I might have to bury the phone and hope someone in the future finds it maybe the signal will be 100% better than it is now.
