fraud when signing a contract through an advertiser

I can't get through to the operator...an advertiser came to me and said that EE is buying out the old contract from the previous provider and 3 months are free for new users...they just installed the equipment for me, and I already see the invoice for this month in my personal account...is this normal at all?

The best thing to do to get everything checked over is to give us a call on 0800 956 6000. Once connected a guide can access the account and help you further.

When you mention that an advertiser sold you the contract, was this over the phone, door to door, or somewhere else?

Depending on where you're moving over from, we can offer up to £300 off the cost of early terminations.

The same happened to me and now they going to come and install the network. I have fibre already I don't need another one. I won't allow them to come and install. I have tried emailing and emailing and not getting anywhere. I do not need the Internet. I had told the person I do currently have one and I will need to speak to my husband. He has asked to see my phone and asked me a few questions said nothing would be done without me saying so. Yet I got an email that I have ordered the wifi.

If you have an email confirming the order, please call us on 0800 956 6000 and our broadband team can get everything checked at our end and see what is needed to get this sorted.

on the apartment bypass... he said that the contract will be bought out...
and the first 3 months of using E E will be free... I already see in my
personal account that the invoice has been issued. so I don't understand.
also I don't understand whether the previous contract was bought out

It is impossible to get through to you...they picked up the phone twice and
hung up...I explained the question. What is the problem with writing an
answer for the public? Why did the ad say 3 months of free use. In reality,
immediately after connecting, an invoice appeared in the personal account

This would need to be investigated and see what has been offered and why this is showing in the account.

@Moryak   this is not customer services, and even the EE staff do not have access to your account details, hence why you need to call in.
