I can't get through to the operator...an advertiser came to me and said that EE is buying out the old contract from the previous provider and 3 months are free for new users...they just installed the equipment for me, and I already see the invoice for this month in my personal account...is this normal at all?

When you mention that an advertiser sold you the contract, was this over the phone, door to door, or somewhere else?

The same happened to me and now they going to come and install the network. I have fibre already I don't need another one. I won't allow them to come and install. I have tried emailing and emailing and not getting anywhere. I do not need the Internet. I had told the person I do currently have one and I will need to speak to my husband. He has asked to see my phone and asked me a few questions said nothing would be done without me saying so. Yet I got an email that I have ordered the wifi.

This would need to be investigated and see what has been offered and why this is showing in the account.
To do this, you would need to get in touch as the team are the best people to get this checked for you.

@Moryak this is not customer services, and even the EE staff do not have access to your account details, hence why you need to call in.
