So I have EE internet and telly. I may consider moving over myself later in the year when my main contract runs out. In the mean time, my partners has run out, and I wonder if she can have an account under my EE account, but with her able to manage it as her own?
WHen I go to buy a sim only, all my details are already entered and nothing can be changed, and I cannot seem to find any other way to achieve this...
Ideally I would like it in her name, but with a single bill (and any savings I can make along the way, of course.)
Thanks.

@ollyk1 : She could move her no. to your a/c as a Change of Ownership but it will be you managing it & responsible for paying bills. There will be a single bill for the mobile nos. separate from your BB bill. It will all be under your name.
If she wants it under her name with her managing it & paying bills she'll just have to keep to her own a/c, separate from yours.

So there is no system for grouping family sims under a single account?

Yes, you can have multiple SIMs on one single billing account.
What you requested in your first post was to have someone other than the account holder - in other words a third party - responsible for the account. That's not possible - that's one aspect of being the account holder.
Payments to a billing account can be made by anyone.
