I have recently acquired a new phone with EE. I had only just come out of hospital and I clearly wasn’t in my right mind. I have been mis sold a galaxy tablet either a second contract phone line I don’t need or want but am now paying for . No matter how your salesman wraps this deal up it’s not in my best interests . I realise in store there’s no 14 day cooling off period and my phone is all up and running now . I will take this on the chin and put it down to my stupidity but once these contracts are expired I will never do business with EE again . And I will earn my friends and family not to step inside an EE store as EE is clearly not to be trusted .

@BathSteve go back to the store and tell them you were miss sold about the tablet.

I really appreciate your concerns with this one, and as a good first port of call we would always recommend you return to the store in question and ask to complain directly.
